If you stay in a EA , 1.5k Sq ft , fully paid up and only 3 mins walk to MRT and shopping mall
then why do people are willing to cough up 1.5M to 2M to so call upgrade
in smaller 1k SQF cramp up space
MRT and shopping mall is a 4-5 bus stop away
everything is more expensive
the only benefit is ,,,yee may be a swiming pool or a gym .. but you already paid for it and montly maintenence make sure you continue to pay for it..oh please dont tell me you suddenly become sportman of the year
it just no longer make any sense
unless you say ..ok .. the appreciation is going to rise to 3x... but its never a gaurentee
