You have to click《》 button to remove all the codes in the article  when you paste then you paste. The text will come out clean.

The buttons is the last button <> once you press...you then past the text it will appear as plan text with the default size

After you pick the picture to insert you can resize it to whatever size you wish.  The default
just covers the width of screen to maximise ....
