I believe I read earlier there is an exchange. Russia imparting drone and/or knowledge (becuz it is tested in real war with Ukraine) whereas N. Korea supplied the more traditional kind of weapons like arty and shells and bullets etc.

The U.S. dares not do anything about it as NK has nukes and hypersonic misled that can reach East Coast of the U.S.
