I think the idea is cannot talk about Ceca family like elders kids etc. Anything on Ceca is forbidden except for tiong. That one can say until their forefather 18 generation also no issues. The Ceca in edmw are elite in their own familiar territory

Totally agree with you. Even if some anti-China idiots curse the China government also wouldn't get banned. But if say anything negative about Ceca get banned straightaway.
