Once they hang their birds outside to sing esp Morning n evening... just activate the whistle aim at the birds...the birds will get shock...and shock and after a while few days thr birds wont be singing at same area...
Once the jambul..mata puteh..etc cannot sing ..they will be worthless to the owners.
