I never order food delivery as it is too expensive but I do think the delivery rider is really working very hard so credit must give when due.

Read in China due to intense competition food delivery is very cheap and affordable. If rider late or customer give bad reviews they kena jialat which is why they need to do so much more than delivery to earn those monies
