Anyway while mRNA has flop against covid, mRNA vaccine technology may excel in
treating cancer.

I would think nasal vaccines would be more than sufficient for Covid vaccinations.
Also China now has 3 inhale vaccines/spray for Covid - CanSino, VectorFlu ONE (as you quoted) and SinoPharm.
mRNA should be used solely for cancer treatment imo since it kills the host cells - healthy muscle cells** for the case of Covid mRNA vaccines, and when it enters the blood stream, it increases risk of blood clots as pockets of blood vessel lining cells are killed by the immune system when the spike protein juts out.
