Yesterday I found Aliexpress over charged me...this was what happened...

My Aliexpress was linked to my credit card.
I ordered.3  items

1. A Laptop cooler.
2. A tracking gimbal for handphone.
3. A directional mic.

Later on my friend told me he had 2 of the 3 items. He never used and can pass them to me.

I canceled the 2 items and sysren said refunded.

Later when I checked my credit card there were 3 transactions 2 refunded.

But the remaining transaction was the sum of 2 items I.e. i was charged for 2 items instead of one and that charged showed up in one transaction.

I used the customer service chat to resolve this. Initially a chat bot interacted with me. I did some screenshot to show the problem. I think a human being responded very quickly  to say it will be resolved in 24hrs.

Next day they refunded me the balance.

How can such a mistake occur given they handle millions of transactions?

How come the customer service reply so fast ...as if this is a common occurance in their system.

If I had not checked, would they discover the mistake and fix it automatically? 

My advice is always go through your credit card transactions and quickly check for things like this. These days we trust systems so much we take it for granted there will not be any mistakes.

Once I checked my SimplyGo and there were 2 trips for the month that show i did not trap out and was charged maximum fare.. I appeal to get a refund.

Actually I don't like to order stuffs from what Aliexpress, Lazada , Shopee etc these " Middle man platform "

All these stuffs been listed are by individuals sellers. Is quite messy too. Time consuming. For an example a thing can have 10, 20 sellers selling the same stuffs.

summary quite messy. If I wanna get something online prefer to go Individual seller site. At least come payment etc they never will charged wrongly and do refund is more easily.

Unlike using these what Lazada , Shopee etc you are not directly telling the seller is , " they middle man doing the support ok ok " than they go tell the seller. i mean is time consuming etc. This is why no surprising you encounter this problem.

shopee best, i shop with them np for so lonnnnnnnnnnngggggggggggg..

amazon also.

i buy every month..

i also get my supplement for my dementia screw up brain and my weak kkj from IHERB,, no problem also, fast delivery..

shopee shiok,, only when confirm then they pay the seller..

What supplements can help with those? I thought they are incurable.

Our bus fare also overcharges some time, do you check? If not why there is claim service.

Now, they act blur come out simplygone to let you cant check the fare deduction on the spot. Their poor service let us waste how much tax payers $$$ to revert the system.

They handle millions of transactions so this small mistake is nothing. Who doesn't make mistake? Customer service reply fast also not good? Do u need to be so negative about good customer service?

You dont know that is big saga in drug used in treating dementia. The scientific papers have been falsified lah.
Till now, dementia is uncurable although the dna gene of dementia has just been uncovered.
