CECA is good...very good until your employer hire foreigner to take your place.

If you are replaced because someone is cheaper, you can say well, the cheapskate employer wants to save money.
But are these FTs paid peanuts? From what I understand, at least in forums, these are well paid professionals.
So, there must be a reason why you were replaced if it is not because you lack the necessary SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. What do you think?
