I believed some stalls out-sourced to cleaner to wash their utensils. That is why hawker charged for extra bowl. At Margaret drive hawker ctr, coffee stall charged 10 cts for an extra cup.

The cleaners need to distribute the bowls and plates and utensils according to the respective stalls lah!  If they do wrong they will be punished lah!

Aiya: last time at Albert St hawker centre people complain table no cleaner clean after that when that is improved they complain food and drink stall increase the price .Now at Chinatown hawker centre seem like the drink stalls all conspired to increased coffee price to $1.40 per cup ....like aircon food court price.
