So far I see those HDB car park got EV charging point ONLY Just a few.

Somemore the govt claim what in future will ban those car on petrol? All must be EV?

Is like " unbalance " project there the charging point not much yet they want to make every car owners convert to EV car?

I never drive or got class 3 thus don't know is it true? I only see the HDB carpark so call got EV charging point literally not much.

Imaging come evening all drive come back , can handle ? As surely people wanna charge their EV car.

Many yrs ago when ev are seldom heard of, some new landed houses and condos already hv charging stations installed.

Now for landed houses, the car dealer will pay 3k and ev owner pay 0.5k to install one

Landed house don't say rah, Where got people snatch from you charging the EV cars. Is all by yourself. Some even install more than 1 charging points as they got more than 1 EV car so every car got their own charging point , family members no need to snatch rah.

Hdb shd be like condo got apps to check when are the stations available, otherwise the owners hv to go down several times to check

Old landed house cannot lah cos the amount of current use ie KWH is too high for and will always trip the elcb or may be a fire hazard. The other way is to use a lower KWH charge but then it will take a long, long time to finish charging fully
