Wah so bad. I did my appointment at around 6+am in the morning and had a slot for the afternoon a few weeks ago. Your area's polyclinic is very popular.

They should run 24hrs with 3 shifts. It will still be fully booked.

3. I had been called a CCP, JHK, Pinoy, but they never called me a CECA..

the free lot is known only whren someone who miss the appt by >15 min only then is thrownout to wiating patients.

The way u put it only show u never go polyclinic before. Go walk in in the morning and try the system yourself.
