| Working seven days a week until 2 a.m. sounds like a grueling schedule. I get that some jobs, especially in tech, can have extended hours, but that's a lot to ask of employees. Everyone deserves a decent work-life balance. Companies need to consider worker's rights and well-being. No job should come at the expense of personal health and happiness. Maybe it’s time to consider how work policies impact employees in the long run. Everyone deserves to have time for themselves and their loved ones. | ||
