Ministers duties very free or money not enough? No wonder no full attendance & many are dozing off in Parliament by holding many Co. Director roles. Busy attending private Co. meetings?

Can Ministers pay be reduced if they want to moonlight with sidelines?

I thought ministers are full time? Only MPs can take on directors role and have their own business.

Yes, ministers are full-time. And yes, MPs, just like those in other countries have their own jobs besides being MPs.
If not, they might be tempted to corruption mah. Ministers pay are not enough to avoid corruption
Isn't MP salary very high already? No restrict of number of their directorship holding? So tired they dozing off in Parliament.
It is based on merit and credentials alone.
The obvious advantage is for Minister to cover- up for the company when they break the law.
