Must say the former Chinese vice premier's maintenance very good. Assuming this took place when he is in the vice premier post, it would mean it took place when he is 65-72 years old.. A lot of people must have envy that..

But to say forced her into sex and she didn't report the case immediately, mean there are some form of consent at that point of time.. Some more she is in a position to travel to oversea frequently. If she really want to blow the whistle, she could have done it when she is oversea, and then just seek asylum there..
