How is Tharma de smart?

I dun find him smart at all, just average only

Yes over smart and over shine his master who don't like.

He was made DPM because he is an Indian, not because he is smart

I dislike Tharman because he is good with Lip Service and no concerted action.

Has Tharman done any recovery to ensure 100k of them

Tharman can talk very well, silver tongued. But NATO leh, talk only. Really doubt that he can stand up to pap if need be.
