the voting card will hv the deceased person name cancelled with a marker
election postponed or carry on

what if some blur sotong voters  do not know of this unfortunate incident election officers also do not cancel the name nathe deceased is the 2nd  candidate with a higher votes will by default be declared the ep ?

REMEMBER ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN
