early next year they will start selling new release of vaccines that are 99% effective against Delta, all countries will buy.

Yes, mRNA vaccine is using part of Wuhan variant spike protein.
There are already changes that in raving now. 
Performance weaker is expected. 
There is element of luck as it depend where the mutation is.

Jab vaccine cannot ensure work 100% for all variants,
because of the mutation,
for mRNA vaccine teach only portions of particular variant virus, the breakthrough could be wider.

Don't just slam the vaccines. This guy is already is 50 and likely to be in hospital (and not isolating in hotel) had he not have been fully vaccinated.
