Actually I find those series from TVB far more insightful and entertaining than those from Mediacorp.  In fact Mediacorp also had a medical series Healing Heroes about a year ago. 

Healing Heroes pales way in comparison to the current series Big White Duel 2 airing on Ch 8 at 9pm.
