I think that indian he purposely refer to TM as the new PM.

This indian commentator case is very similar to last time Three Kingdoms period one example when both Cao Cao and the Han Emperor went on a deer hunting trip, when Cao Cao's arrow shot the deer, the officials purposely shouted the Emperor's arrow had shot the deer...to imply Cao Cao is the real emperor in the officials's mind.

But the Emperor's arrow did not shot the deer. It was Cao Cao's arrow that shot the deer.
