Don't charge outside than must carry the PMD inside house charging more danger. if outside fired can easily put off.

Is this illegal?

Sooooo many have plant outside corridor. I dont think it is illegal to put plant outside..think is put too many things can become fore hazard that is illegal bah if i did not recall wrongly

Think some TCs ban the parking along common corridor

It is not legal, but, the rule is not strictly enforced.
