What is it commonly used for?

used in acupuncture/moxibustion 艾灸. Boil black bean soup, boild tea egg 茶叶蛋, fried with eggs, all taste very nice.

It's a bit heaty, so do not take too often. Very beneficial for women especially after giving birth.

Or you can make tea with it.

Moxibustion to heal what aspects of body?

Pain or improve blood circulation?

Can heal cancer or not?

Do not consume if sick and/or feverish. Take only when recovering and ok.

very dissppointing answer, i thought maybe like tongkat ali except stronger than this so i got hope..

At your age maybe only the pills can help. I thought your focus should be on how to gain enlightenment..
