PAP is pushing for reopening of economy very aggressively, now is only November, is it too early to relax the restriction while we still have high number of daily cases and deaths?

Should be even more aggressive … ICU occupancy below 70% liow and 85+% fully jabbed and many getting their booster … they should allow no household of 8 to start dinning in liow ……
5 to dine in together must be same household only at F&B outlets but not applicable to hawker centre and coffee shop.

What if 2 members of a family has a different home address, but is fully vaccinated, can dine in..? Thinking

Not allowed. Only from same household, meaning same address if I’m not mistaken.
When it suits them 5 people from different households can dine in . For example the Bloomberg forum. Always double standards.
The rule on same household will be hard to enforce. Restaurants will probably just ask you to self-declare. Sure will have people kena caught for lying and getting the restaurants into trouble.
