PayNow is only for DBS and POSB huh ?................or can receive and transfer to/from other banks ?

Paylah is for dbs/posb, in the form of an app. It's an independent account but aso linked to another dbs/posb savings account for topping up and overflow transfer, and aso linked to your phone number.
Pay Anyone is for ocbc
Paynow is for all banks, implemented within the bank apps and linked to an existing account, and aso linked to your phone number and IC
