I think the seller priced it to be affordable to construction and shipyard workers from South Asia.
But he didn't charge you differently..
My place fish noodles sold in hawker centre is more expensive than in coffee shop. The difference is about $1.70
Many uncles aunties interviewed all said nice things on TV....what clean ah, walls are nice etc....
