Gov spending like nobody’s business. One day, one dept dig on the road and cover up. Next week, another dept will dig on the same road and cover up. Next month another dept will dig and close up. And the process repeats.
No communication between the various dept and not only disrupts the traffic flow but also waste a lot on manpower and cost.
