By guessing. The satay club started at beach rd bus terminal, and later moved to qe walk, dohby ghuat, esplanade and so on. Only beach rd bus terminal matches that in the photo

Went there to see shows, got 2 cinemas there. 
After show makan satay. Lol.

Heard the satay stalls then were very unhygienic. 
They would pour back the unfinished peanut sauce into their big pot, and recycled it for subsequent customers.
