Why wouldn't some or most Hamas fighters also flee with the civilians to south given the on coming attack?....then find another point in time to launch another attack...
I doubt that this is a hunt for Hamas operations as Hamas can just move .. ..looks more like a bomb, flatten and occupy operation....
