if you have one bite of the sushi and then put it on the plate to consume later in a restaurant in Japan, the chef will get upset and everyone will look at you. In Japanese customs sushi must be eaten in one mouthful, however many non Japanese are unaware of this. Undecided
I prefer sashimi , without rice.
