Quite a lot of China and HK ppl also migrate to Canada besides Aussieland and others. So maybe Canada think among those migrated some are China spies so they buay song so send their plane go China to do sightseeing lor.

They are ordered to be there by their god father. 
Otherwise there is no reason for them to come all the way.
