Iran's foreign minister made a surprise trip to the USA in view of the Gaza war. Visits to the United States by top Iranian politicians, considered archenemies of the Islamic Republic, are rare. Chief diplomat Hussein Amirabdollahian arrived in New York late on Wednesday evening (local time), his Foreign Ministry announced.
