When lawlessness creeps in in the chaos of war, it makes no sense to talk about respecting international law.  It makes no sense to talk law with Putin when his "Special Military Operation" was already in breach of international law.

Hamas won 41% votes in 2006 elections. 

Since then, Hamas scrapped elections in Gaza. A whole new generation of Palestinians could not vote, and the generation who voted for them 17 years ago could not vote them out. 

So its not as if "Palestinians vote for them" every few years like you & I get to vote for who we want.

Yes, it is a flawed argument by those who claimed that because they voted for Hamas so they deserve what they're getting now. Already pointed to them that a big majority couldn't have voted for Hamas.

Violence is unjustifiable because killing one innocent person is like killing the entire humanity. I've stated my position. Why haven't you condemned Israel killing 3000 innocent children?

Those Israelis who occupy Palestinian land are illegal occupants under International Law. And they are actually taking a risk by living in a contested zone. By definition they are casualties of war.

With all the bombings Israel did day & night on the densely populated Gaza where 2.2million people cramped in 45sqkm, one sixth smaller than Sg, 
 3000 is considered discount.

While others refused to leave with their children after being told several times for their reason

Those 4,000 or 5,000 adults are the ones who killed their own children

Agree parents are at fault instead and fall into the tap Israel make full use of. Lesser Palestine children means fewer threat they pose to Israeli offspring of the future. This strategy I do agree Palestine make a mistake and the price to pay is death. Hope the surviving go forth and make more babies to seek revenge then unless Israel can take them all out which is unlikely IMHO.

17 years ago. Hamas won 41% votes in 2006 elections and since then, Hamas scrapped and too scared of Palestinians (Gazaian). A whole new generation, and this generation have to suffer alot for year, as this Israel / Hamas War will used many  months even year to stop.
