The presenter in the video does know the stuff well. However, it is too early to say whether HarmonyOS's Typescript will stand out against Flutter.

I know that Typescript is slower than Java in app running but I'm not sure if it has caught up with Flutter in that aspect. I've only heard very good comments about Flutter and it's something all Android app developers are heading towards.
