Everything must be taken in moderation but that doesn't mean salt intake should be low. It's a myth. If your blood pressure increases because of salt intake then it means your body function is weak, and you should look into the root cause.

I have higher intake of salt than an average person but my blood pressure is 100/70.

if sal cause high blood
then u must increase potassium to regulate salt
but not less than the daily salt recomemndation

I've never intentionally increased my potassium intake. I think most importantly is take herbs regularly to make sure your organs are functioning well. 

I'm a big fan of TCM. Western medicine is only good for surgery, for self-healing and maintenance better rely on TCM.
