Last time, feedback to them that their software got bugs but they were quick to deny it. Instead, blamed me for not knowing how to use the online banking system.

Next time let yr boss know, you cannot perform at work, so go hire more ppl to assist in the work.

sometimes when u do internet banking n after authencatication it took >2 minutes to procedd 
called dbs cso said internet connection always not perfect
