Shell, Esso , Caltex and Spc has different discounts for credit card users. You just have to find which card offers you the best discounts at the petrol station that you are filling up the car petrol with.

I only carry 1 credit card uob visa signature and use it for everything. I don't pump petrol a lot so that few % discount here and there don't matter to me much.

Better check your bus fare.
Sometimes will have abnormal charging...
a)Like bus engine suddenly stalled, the bus needs to restart engine. This case you may have cheaper bus fare.
b)Never tap out properly when exiting the bus. Especially encountering Red Error Msg.
c) The bus was previously a bus with letter. The bus terminal was not updated properly.

the petrol companies are smart. they give a substantial amount of discounts and rebates. lets say for $100, about $17 discount, plus $5 rebate for next use. so most drivers would go back to them again

for small items of a few hundreds, sc offers 1.5% rebate. for big ticket items, sc Manhattan gives 3% capped at 200. with all these cashback, can save a lot
