That's true. Our education system has something wrong.
I was also quite vocal, but when I entered secondary school, the teachers would frown at me for asking too many questions and expressing my views. Then gradually, I couldn't be bothered to ask questions anymore.

Actually now they encourage BUT depend what you asking
In those what forum whereby got minister , PM or MP around they got scan your questions beforehand if never and you ask sensitive stuff they will act blur indirect tell u don’t ask etc
