Israeli troops deepen search at main Gaza hospital for evidence of Hamas

Last time US say Iraq got nuke so invade and later find don't have go back not punished. So this time IDF go in and search if find nothing then go back not punished. US and Israel are in it together 狼狈为奸
IDF says Hamas HQ is in the underground tunnels, even the mastermind of 7 Oct is hiding underneath, how come they found nothing?
Israel is just fabricating story for their attack of hospital.

IDF airstrikes and attacks to the hospital have killed many people including doctors, nurses, patients, babies and also hostages.
After finding the bodies of the hostages IDF points finger at Hamas. It is clear that IDF has no intention to rescue the hostages, heavy bombing 300-400 raids per day will destroy all the buildings and kill everyone inside including hostages. Very brutal!
So days after raiding the hospital...cannot find any undergorund "Hama HQ" nor tunnels in the Hospital ?
