he just walk in and use the card
but he doent know if anyone is in the room

so when like that
he pretend wrong room and walk away

Must always latch the door. Better still use the back of a chair to block at the door handle

Once the current guest checks out the card access settings for that room are automatically changed to a new one to prevent what you mentioned.

Maybe she wanted a free upgrade so cook up a story?
