30km do not need many missiles, can use cheaper rocket launchers and artillery cannon

It would be the bases Air, Navy, Army that will be more dangerous.

Why South Korea never think of relocating capital to the south such as Pusan? When I was in Seoul the cab driver told me the hell is just 30km away from Seoul.

The cab driver never think why North Korea do not relocate their capital then.
Imo if the north do use nuclear, it is be at south not somewhere near where the wind can turn the direction. 

There is a Chinese saying the more dangerous place can in fact be more safe.

Ok. So far no dispute and quarrel. Only one guy who can't sing but love to sing. he very considerate always turn his vol to the minimum.
