30+yrs old only. Was all along on slightly plumb but not extremely obese. Discovered when he apply for job and company sent him for check up.
Doctor advised him to cut down to zero soft drinks, exercise and may prescribe medicine call .medformin if does not improve.
Potentially hereditary as his grandfather also had diabetes and later on kidney disease..
