5 stars hotel in JB and Batam only cost around $120/night 😆

After 12 years the skyline have not changed much, the same old integrated resorts and garden by the bay. But prices gone up tremendously. Tourists want to come?

Only fools still come to Sg lah.
Tourist attractions need to revamp every 10 years.

Fools come Spore spend monies yes. But come Spore earn monies a lot leh those are definitely not fools. Only those don't dare come Spore earn SGD are fools.

Very hard now as KL and Bangkok have mega malls bigger and more trendy than ours. Most importantly much cheaper than that in Spore.

Garment wants foreigners come here and spend money rather than earning money like Msians who go back JB every evening and spend nothing here other than eating lunch.

Actually the JHK JHB got spent lar at least rental need unless they very hardworking everyday in and out join the jam.

Many of them are from JB, they rather travel back and forth every day than renting a room here…every morning they left home at 4am

Maybe ICA should disallow Msisns from leaving Spore on same day to boost our rental market

Anyone here ever stay in 5 star Hotel in Singapore for that type kf price ...must be very big.

It really depend. Some live far away from Johor Bahru may just rent a place in Spore instead. E.g my spouse elder brother son in Spore as carpenter say cannot tahan day in day out so he prefer spend monies squeeze with a few others in a HDB flat in Spore. Newer JHK JHB generation not like last time can eat bitter.
