There's one chinese mutton soup stall in kallang old airport rd fc. It was very tasty before, but recently becum very yakki.

After the health scare in the 9ties few stores left, one or 2 or 3 only.

You can choose to eat this at hawker centers or food court. I doubt restaurant sells this. Perhaps can try beach rd

You should be able make  as you want with ready made spice mixture and mutton born/leg.You can buy at Mustafa
