Jail for man, 27, who hit motorcyclist while driving against traffic flow, assaulted condo security officer

The man made a right turn along the slip road into Kallang Road, while still travelling against the flow of traffic, which resulted in a head-on collision with Mr Zahirudin Masri, who was riding a motorcycle.

Since when drink driving is severely dealt with?

They need the tax from alcohol. 
They need the tax from car.
