My side seem a lot pinyo best part they own that HDB flat from resale market

Can for see after years they flip high same like locals at resale market

Even they sell low also profit since they take lump sum happy retire back in their motherland whereas we locals have to put back CPF

Until you see the prc community in Japan... Btw Indian going everywhere also... Even in China...
