In the last few months Amazon has introduced surcharges on customers using Visa credit cards in Singapore and Australia, again citing Visa’s high fees.
The Financial Times reported earlier this year that Visa planned to increase its cross border interchange fees from 0.3% to 1.5%.

This is war between Amazon and Visa credit cards....they need to resolve this amicably......
