Our laws shd be amended to hv caning for those 60 years old and below. There are too many violent crimes involving elderlies with weapons. The recent case was an elderly who used nail pole breaking the victim’s skull and severe injuries on the arm at Tanglin halt hawker ctr. That attacker simply gets 8 years jail.
