all along like this , I noticed my area those units or nearby units got do reno.
the contractor will put those material at ground level first. Over night.

Breaking them sounds more fun
My place, the contractors just dump it on the Handicap parking lot.
If they dump inside the condo, the contractor might be fined.
For HDB flats, you can always see the tiles downstairs on the grass patches.
