Best before still can
Expire on XXXX is cannot.

I was once given expired antibiotics by a local GP. Went to complain to HSA and was invited to fusion polis there to show the medication. To my horror. They can tell me the medication still can use or last for 5 years after the expiry date. So nothing wrong.

Shark cannot eat raw. Must let it become rotten, then safe to eat.

There are some lies and misconceptions about the food we eat.
Many ppl have cut down the fat content we consume, yet hypertension figure still high.

Salt also contributes to hypertension isn’t it?

There is a food sharing community that distributes food that are going to expire soon. However the expiry date is indicative. Some of the can food get spoiled before expiry dates others are still ok to consume weeks after they expire …nuts get spoiled easily, I bought some nuts from supermarket, the expiry is 10 months away, the taste is already different, turned mouldy inside already.
