Elderly woman dislocates arm after falling on newly coated floor of HDB corridor, wonders why area wasn't barricaded

She pointed out that, although there was a notice pasted on the first floor that cement would be laid that day, the timing was not indicated and residents were not aware of when they should not step out onto the corridor.

Not new flooring just recement

noticed some estates pavement of partial slippery ceramic tiles with cement screed

and when rain falls, these tiles can be real slippery

dont know whos the genius behind these....

HDB common corridor and void deck cement material selection damn stupaik and slippery for anyone
why dun use pedestrian path with grain that provide traction, cheap and good

some with broken tiles beri slippery when rain
apart from falling might get cut by those gaps watch the gaps

When HDB reduce building from late 1980s, experience ones left, now left with inexperience.
